Grayson Underwriting

Excess, up to $5 million

Follow-form excess on A.M. Best “A” rated paper, available in all states. It sits over the professional and general liability coverages only, and is available on any class of business we can consider on a primary basis.

Supported or unsupported

Grayson does not need to be writing the primary policy in order to write the excess layer. Place primary with another carrier and bring us in for the excess.

Our excess layer must be claims-made but we can sit excess over either an occurrence or claims-made primary form. Our excess policy follows form over the Professional Liability and General Liability coverages only.
